About Me
I am a qualified teacher and specialist dyslexia assessor with over 30 years’ experience in education, including extensive experience supporting children and young people with a range of learning needs.
I am passionate about helping families better understand their child’s strengths and challenges, and supporting them to feel confident about the next steps.
My Approach
I aim to provide a calm, supportive and child-friendly assessment environment, helping each child feel comfortable so they can perform at their best.
I understand that seeking an assessment can feel like a big step. I take care to ensure the process is clear, supportive and informative for both parents and children from start to finish.

I have over 30 years of experience as a teacher, working with children of all ages across a range of subjects and learning needs.
For the past 9 years, I have specialised in providing individual learning support for children with a wide range of needs, with a particular focus on dyslexia.
I support children with dyslexia both in schools and in private practice, offering assessments and targeted specialist teaching.
